FCS II fin plugs come with the following cant (angle in degrees the fin leans out) options built in to them:

0 centre fins
3 quad rear fins/longboard trailer fins in surfboards with little concave
5 quad rear fins/longboard trailer fins in boards with heavy concave or thruster side fins in boards with little concave
9 thruster side fins in boards with heavy concave
