Coping Mechanism

Coping mechanism is Tony Wood’s second book of poetry. It marks a shift in focus from his favourite pastime of skateboarding to a broader subject area which includes mental health and wellbeing. This is an honest, open and at times hard hitting collection of writings from the Skatebard.
